the staff was kind, especially hailey and adam. i had accidentally left my valuables in the room's safe. i called the hotel. hailey got my items back and adam, the manager, shipped them to me quickly. everyone was helpful, diligent, and polite.
The lighting was dim inside the room. It was a bit dark for my preference.

the subway station was right next to the hotel, so transportation was easy. our room was a king room city view and it was spacious. we loved the food options nearby. the staff was very friendly too.
the gym was small. it only had one treadmill.

The hotel has no on-site parking. I had to park a few blocks away.

The location was close to many sites.
The room I booked, a King Cabin Room No Windows, reminded me of a dungeon. The absence of windows. Ventilation was definitely a problem. I could also hear EVERYTHING from the club next door until late at night, which REALLY disrupted my sleep.
